We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Ads Executive to manage and optimize international advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok. You will work with global clients, real ad budgets, and measurable performance goals.
About the Role
This role focuses on planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for international markets. You will be responsible for campaign performance, audience targeting, budget optimization, and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns
- Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion data
- Research audiences and create effective targeting strategies
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to improve ad performance
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience running ads for international markets
- Knowledge of tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM)
- Experience working with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
