We are looking for a Facebook Ads Executive to plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven advertising campaigns for international clients. This role focuses on measurable results, audience targeting, and continuous optimization.
About the Role
As a Facebook Ads Executive, you will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. You will work closely with internal teams to drive growth, improve ROAS, and scale successful campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
- Research and test audiences, creatives, and campaign structures
- Monitor performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
- Optimize budgets and bidding strategies to improve performance
- Analyze data and provide clear performance insights
- Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad effectiveness
Requirements
- Hands-on experience running Facebook Ads or Meta Ads campaigns
- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics
- Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working with budgets and performance targets
Nice to Have
- Experience running ads for international markets
- Knowledge of Facebook Pixel and basic conversion tracking
- Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
