We are looking for a Google Ads Executive to manage and optimize performance-driven advertising campaigns for international clients. This role focuses on data analysis, conversion optimization, and scalable growth through paid search.
About the Role
As a Google Ads Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google platforms. You will work with real budgets and performance targets, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns for performance
- Monitor and optimize bids, budgets, and Quality Score
- Analyze performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
- Identify optimization opportunities based on data insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing page performance
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Solid understanding of paid search fundamentals and keyword intent
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize accordingly
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and performance metrics
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results
Nice to Have
- Experience running ads for international markets
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO basics
